When Does a Tree Require Urgent Risk Intervention?
Leaning Trees & Heaving Roots
Soil cracks or root-plate movement after heavy rain and strong Tramuntana winds.
Dead, Hollow or Decayed Trees
Brittle deadwood or fungal decay posing a sudden collapse hazard over driveways or terraces.
Branches Over Roofs & Pools
Precision zip-lines and friction lowers to clear roofs, glass enclosures and neighbour boundaries.
Engineered Rigging & Biomechanical Assessment
Before making a single cut, Xavi Saavedra and his team evaluate anchor points, wood integrity and load vectors to guarantee a 100% controlled operation.
We assist with technical reports required by local Town Halls for emergency felling.
